These terms govern your use of davinciresolve.lol, the browser studio operated by DaVinci Resolve.
By creating an account or using the studio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The studio provides browser based video editing, colour grading, compositing, audio finishing and delivery tools, together with cloud storage for the media and projects you work with.
We improve the studio continuously. Tools, presets and limits may change, and features may be added or retired.
Access is provided through Google sign in. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to use the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment provider. Each plan includes a credit allowance used by rendering, proxy generation and heavy effects work.
Credits refresh at the start of each billing period, do not roll over, and have no cash value. Consumed credits are not refunded when a render succeeds.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time from billing settings; the plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Do not upload media you do not have the rights to use, do not use the studio to create or distribute illegal content, and do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
Do not resell studio capacity, share accounts outside your plan, or use automated tools to bypass credit metering.
We may suspend or terminate an account that puts the service, other customers or third parties at risk.
You keep all rights to the media and projects you upload and to the edits, grades and mixes you create. You grant us the rights needed to store, process, render and deliver that content on your behalf.
This site is an independent third party studio. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Blackmagic Design. Product names, logos and trademarks referenced anywhere in the studio belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
We aim to keep the studio available continuously, but renders and uploads depend on network conditions, the size of your media and the load on the render queue.
Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support is provided by email at support@davinciresolve.lol.
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost media that you failed to back up, or indirect damages.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@davinciresolve.lol.
